STRAIGHT TEETH

The great thing about straightening teeth first is that we can position the teeth in the perfect place to allow us to design your smile for the best outcome. The best way to think about this process is that braces will make your teeth straight - however you may not like the overall shape or colour of your natural teeth. This allows us to then place composite veneers or porcelain veneers onto your teeth in the most minimally invasive way possible to complete your dream smile.

Invisalign® OPTIONS GLASGOW

Stress, anxiety, and depression are among the most prevalent modern-day ills

Invisalign® Treatment - Stage 1

With Invisalign® treatment, your Invisalign® trained dentist will take fast and precise 3D digital scans of your teeth1 using the iTero™ element scanner, and work with you to map out a custom treatment plan that you are happy with.

01

How long does Invisalign® Treatment take?

Invisalign® clear aligners can help straighten minor to complex teeth misalignment. The length of treatment can take on average 6 months, but this is dictated by your Invisalign® Dentist depending on how complicated your case is. Most people feel a difference wearing Invisalign® aligners after three months, and results are usually noticeable after six months.

02

Keeping Your New Smile

Now that you've transformed your smile with the world’s most advanced clear aligner here's how to keep the straighter smile you love.

- Wear your aligners according to your Invisalign®treatment plan

- Set reminders for wearing and changing your aligners on My Invisalign™ App.

- Once orthodontic treatment ends, teeth can have a tendency to move again, so it's important to keep them in place for long lasting results.

03

Are there any restrictions on what I can eat while in treatment?

None! Invisalign® clear aligners are removable, so there are no food restrictions at all (hello popcorn!). With traditional wires and brackets, there’s a long list of foods you unfortunately can’t enjoy because they can damage or get stuck in your braces.

Straight Teeth
1 Smile Patient

I have been seeing Dr Ryan for the past 7months since starting my ceramic braces. I am glad that Ryan discussed and warned me about the commitment required from me if I had chosen to go with aligners. I am nearly finished my fixed braces and as someone who has a very busy job, not having to worry about "wearing" aligners has been a relief for me!
